2. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1, providing:

enhancement of system of purchase of goods (services) at legal entities in whose total number of workers persons with disability constitute at least 50 percent and the salary fund of persons with disability constitutes at least 50 percent from the general fund of compensation, and also at individual entrepreneurs with disability;

review of terms of development and deployment in practice of the information systems creating possibility of digitalization of the sphere of social protection;

acquisition of housing by the National agency of social protection in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for orphan children and children without parental support;

permanent registration of newborn children on the permanent residence of the father or mother without collection of the state fee;

enhancement of the scheduling of measures performed during the forthcoming year developed on the corresponding sample for the ministries, departments, khokimiyats and public organizations included in structure of Republican council on the effective organization of activities of School of courage of Paralympians and to further development of Paralympic sports;

material support of employees of organizations of system of the National agency of social protection in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

strengthening in 2022 - 2025 of material and technical resources of the centers of social support and houses nursing homes Muruvvat.

3. Recognize invalid some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

4. Determine that the requirements in the paragraph the second Item 6, the paragraph the second Item 9, the paragraph the second the subitem "an" of Item 12 and the paragraph the fifth the subitem "v" of appendix No. 1 to this Decree connected with continuation of labor activity of persons with disability in the organization more than six months become effective since July 1, 2024.

5. To the national agency of social protection in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Ministry of Economics and finance, the Ministry of Justice, and also in a month to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this Decree with the interested ministries and departments.

6. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

Changes and additions made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1.
