About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on the Public migratory service of Ukraine

Bring in item 4 of the Regulations on the Public migratory service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 360 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 69, Art. 1923; 2017, No. 22, the Art. 623, No. 67, the Art. 1999), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to item 4 of the Regulations on the Public migratory service of Ukraine

1. State subitems 5 and 6 in the following edition:

"5) is prepared by idea of establishment of quota of immigration;

6) will organize work on production on statements for provision of permissions to immigration and ideas of cancellation of permissions to immigration and accomplishment of the made decisions and in stipulated by the legislation cases makes the decision on provision of permission to immigration, on refusal in provision of permission to immigration, on cancellation of permission to immigration;".

2. State subitem 8 in the following edition:

"8) performs registration, exchange and issue to foreigners and stateless persons of type on permanent residence, type on temporary residence, sends, recognizes invalid, cancels, withdraws and destroys such documents in stipulated by the legislation cases;".

3. Add Item with subitem 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1) performs registration, exchange and issue to stateless persons of the identity certificate without nationality for trip abroad, sends, nullifies, withdraws and destroys such document in stipulated by the legislation cases;".
