1. Determine that in 2024 within the Comprehensive program of continuous support of small business by commercial banks credit resources in general size to 1,5 of one trillion sum go for holding the actions connected with cultivation, storage, sorting, drying, conversion and export of high-profit and export-oriented agricultural products.

At the same time the credits at the expense of these credit resources are allocated to the subjects of entrepreneurship exporting agricultural products for current assets on revolving basis in the amount up to 1,5 of one billion sum for a period of up to 3 years, including six-months grace period, on the annual rate exceeding the main rate of the Central bank on 4 percent points.

2. To the deputy prime minister Zh. A. Hodzhayev together with Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Agency on quarantine and protection of plants to implement application process on placement of stands of domestic production in the most profitable locations of the prestigious international exhibitions and fairs specializing in agricultural products according to appendix No. 1 * in a month, and advance 100 percent payment for these locations at the expense of the means which are actually allocated to Fund of assistance to trade.

At the same time subsidies for expenses on participation in exhibitions and fairs are allocated according to category in the Rating of stability of subjects of entrepreneurship, in particular referred to category "AAA" in the amount of 100 percent, to category "AA" - 95 percent, categories "A" - 90 percent, categories "VVV" - 85 percent, categories "VV" - 75 percent, categories "B" - 65 percent.
