About modification, and also recognition voided some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with reduction of measures for support of export to compliance with agreements of the World Trade Organization

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 3, 2024 No. UP-85 "About the Next Measures for Further Acceleration of Market Reforms and Reduction of the National Legal System of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Compliance with Agreements of the World Trade Organization" and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 15, 2024 No. PP-179 "About measures for ensuring execution of the agreements reached within the III Tashkent international investment forum and the regular meeting of Council of foreign investors" and also reductions of measures for support of export to compliance with agreements of the World Trade Organization:

1. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1, providing:

enhancement of funding mechanisms for export;

cancellation of practice of compensation of costs of exporters on transportation automobile, air and by rail.

At the same time for the export of the export organizations performed till December 31, 2024 till February 1, 2025 subsidies and compensations in accordance with the established procedure are provided.

2. Recognize some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan invalid according to appendix No. 2.

3. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2025.

4. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
