About modification and amendments in rules of implementation of currency transactions in the Republic of Uzbekistan
According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About currency control" and the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 24, 2020 the No. UP-6044 "About Measures for Cardinal Enhancement of Licensed and Allowing Procedures" Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan DECIDES:
1. Make changes and additions to the Rules of implementation of currency transactions in the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 29, 2020 No. 18/5 (рег. No. 3281 of August 31, 2020) (The national database of the legislation, 31.08.2020, No. 10/20/3281/1242), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
