1. Make changes to report form by the countries of the international group of companies approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 14, 2020 No. 764, registered on February 04, 2021 at No. 155/35777, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. Approve Changes in the Procedure for filling of the Report by the countries of the international group of companies approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 14, 2020 No. 764, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 04, 2021 at No. 155/35777, which are applied.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the international taxation of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
