For the purpose of creation of conditions for reforming of road economy, creation and digitalization of modern management system by the sphere, broad attraction in this industry of the companies of private sector, the acceleration of reforms allocated for increase in efficiency of use of budgetary funds and reduction of the new adopted regulatory legal acts in compliance with acts of the legislation:

1. Make additions and changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1, the legislations providing reduction in mutual compliance of acts concerning the sphere of road economy.

2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.

Amendments and changes made to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. No. UP-5890 "About Measures for Deep Reforming of System of Road Economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan" to add Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 9, 2019 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The committee does not bear responsibility according to obligations of the organizations which founder he is".
