About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and the retail markets of electrical energy

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and the retail markets of electrical energy.

2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service till June 1, 2024 to make changes to the composite balance estimation of production and deliveries of electrical energy (capacity) within Power pool system of Russia on subjects of the Russian Federation for 2024 regarding the forecast amounts of electrical energy (capacity) delivered by subjects of the wholesale market - electric power producers (capacity) under regulated agreements, proceeding from total equality of cost of forecast amounts of electrical energy and capacity of the suppliers and buyers of the wholesale market planned for delivery to the population and categories of consumers equated to it.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since July 1, 2024.
