About measures for expansion of network of specialized schools and further enhancement of their activities
For the purpose of education at schools of system of the Agency of the specialized educational institutions which are freely conceiving, having modern knowledge of persons capable to compete with the foreign peers on exact and natural sciences, information technologies, robotics and other directions, developments of talent and capabilities of pupils, and also further support of their aspirations to development of science:
1. Approve offers of the Ministry of preschool and school education and Academy of Sciences about:
a) implementation since 2024/2025 academic years at schools of system of the Agency of specialized educational institutions (further - the Agency) practice of carrying out studies with participation of academicians of Academy of Sciences;
b) creation under the Agency on a voluntary basis:
the academic councils on disciplines of STEM consisting of teachers of schools of system of the Agency;
The council of graduates consisting of graduates of schools of system of the Agency.
Approve the main activities of the academic councils and Council of graduates according to appendices No. No. 1 and 2.
2. Determine that since 2024/2025 academic years:
a) at schools of system of the Agency academicians of Academy of Sciences:
the occupations aimed at the development in pupils of skills of invention will be organized;
assistance is rendered to pupils in questions of development of practical projects and their implementations in life;
pupils actively are attracted to production processes, and also measures for their acquaintance with the projects performed in scientific laboratories of system of Academy of Sciences are taken;
for the purpose of development of the innovative ideas and developments of pupils clubs "Young Academicians" will be organized.
