About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2022 No. 14

Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" of Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, of the paragraph of third subitem 70.1 of Item 70 of the Regulations on procedure for representation and lists of the documents and (or) data necessary for decision making concerning licensing, requirements to the submitted documents and (or) data of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 27, 2023 No. 154, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 240

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 21, 2022 No. 14 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:

1.1. preamble after words "No. 1585," to add with words "the paragraph of third subitem 70.1 of Item 70 of the Regulations on procedure for representation and lists of the documents and (or) data necessary for decision making concerning licensing, requirements to the submitted documents and (or) data, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 27, 2023 No. 154,";

1.2. in Item 1:

in paragraphs the second, fifth, thirty fifth words of "special permission (license)" to replace with the word "licenses";

in paragraphs three, the sixth, thirty sixth the words "Modification of Special Permission (License)" shall be replaced with words "Change of the license";

paragraphs the fourth, the seventh, the eleventh, twelfth, thirty seventh to exclude;

the tenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 14.12.1 "Receipt of the registration certificate of the form of security and the document with certain degree of protection, and also the document with certain degree of protection in the State register of forms of securities and documents with certain degree of protection, and also documents with certain degree of protection" (are attached);";

1.12. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 14.12.1 "Receipt of the registration certificate of the form of security in the State register of forms of securities and documents with certain degree of protection, and also documents with certain degree of protection", approved by this resolution:

state the name in the following edition:

"Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 14.12.1 "Receipt of the registration certificate of the form of security and the document with certain degree of protection, and also the document with certain degree of protection in the State register of forms of securities and documents with certain degree of protection, and also documents with certain degree of protection";

to add the column "Name of the Document and (or) Data" of part one of Item 2 after words of "the form of security" with words ", the form of the document with certain degree of protection, and also the document with certain degree of protection";

1.15. Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 14.22.1 "Receipt of the registration certificate of video interactive game", approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows it (is applied);

1.16. in appendix to Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 14.28.1 "Receipt of approval of prototype of sample of the form of security" approved by this resolution of the word "special permission (license) for implementation of activities for development and production of forms of securities and documents with certain degree of protection, and also documents with certain degree of protection and special materials for protection them from counterfeit" shall be replaced with words "license for activities, connected with development and production of forms and documents";

1.17. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 14.29.1 "Receipt of approval of rules of voluntary insurance, the change made to rules of insurance", approved by this resolution:

the fourth subitem 1.2 of Item 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The law of the Republic of Belarus of November 11, 2021 No. 129-Z "About tourism";";

state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. Type and the amount of the payment levied when implementing ministerial procedure or the list of the costs connected with implementation of ministerial procedure – the state fee in the amount of 30 basic sizes for approval of rules of voluntary insurance, the changes and (or) additions made to rules of insurance.";

Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 22.3.1 "Receipt of special permission (license) for implementation of the activities connected with precious metals and gemstones", approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows it (is applied);

1.19. Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 22.3.2 "Modification of special permission (license) for implementation of the activities connected with precious metals and gemstones", approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows it (is applied);

1.20. subitem 1.3.1 of subitem 1.3 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 25.3.1 "Receipt of the certificate of the Kimberley process (the certificate of the Republic of Belarus on the exported batches of the rough diamonds)", approved by this resolution to state in the following edition:

"1.3.1. ministerial procedure is performed concerning the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs having the license for the activities connected with precious metals and gemstones, the constituting work and (or) service of which is wholesale trade by precious metals and gemstones;".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
