1. Approve:

2) procedure for filling of form of the reporting on the goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied on sites of the territory of the advancing development, and the goods made (received) of the goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied on sites of the territory of the advancing development (appendix No. 2);

3) procedure and terms of submission to customs authority of the reporting on the goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied on sites of the territory of the advancing development, and the goods made (received) of the goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied on sites of the territory of the advancing development (appendix No. 3).

Declare invalid the order of FCS of Russia of June 9, 2015 No. 1116 "About establishment of procedure for accounting of the goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied on sites of the territories of the advancing social and economic development, and goods, the made (received) with use foreign goods placed under the customs procedure of free customs zone applied on sites of the territories of the advancing social and economic development, forms of the reporting on such goods, procedure for filling of these forms and procedure and terms of submission to customs authority of the reporting on such goods" (registration No. 38428) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 7, 2015.

3. This order becomes effective after 180 days after day of its official publication.
