1. Approve the Size and payment procedure of ecological tourism in especially protected natural territories (are applied).

2. To committee on environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and to the Agency of forestry under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to take necessary measures for execution of this resolution.

1. The size and payment procedure of ecological tourism in especially protected natural territories (further - the Procedure) establish the size and payment procedure of ecological tourism in especially protected natural territories.

2. Action of this Procedure extends to especially protected natural territories which are under authority of authorized state body in the field of especially protected natural territories and authorized state body in the field of forestry.

3. The amount of payment for entrance on especially protected natural territories for the purpose of ecological tourism is determined in appendix to this Procedure.

4. The following categories of persons are exempted from collection of payment for visit of especially protected natural territories for the purpose of ecological tourism:

- the participants of the Great Patriotic War and persons equated to them and also participants of mitigation of consequences of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl nuclear power plant;
