According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423, I ORDER:

1. Make change in Criterion of determination of the companies, organizations and the organizations which are important for industry of national economy in the field of social protection of the population, the Ministries of social policy of Ukraine approved by the order of April 07, 2023 No. 122-N registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 25, 2023 at No. 675/39731, having stated the paragraph third in the following edition:

"previous calendar year provided at least 20 people with prosthetic and orthopedic products based on the agreements signed with Social Security Fund of persons with disability within the appropriate budget program;".

2. To management of administrative providing (Sivura A. A.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
