1. This Procedure determines the collection payment mechanism for giving of objection concerning registration of the traditional guaranteed feature (further - collection) and the amount of such collection.
2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About features of legal protection of geographical instructions for agricultural products and foodstuff, protection of the rights and application of schemes of quality including the traditional guaranteed features for agricultural products and foodstuff".
3. Collection is paid by the interested persons citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, stateless persons, the companies, organizations, the organizations, other legal entities (in particular foreign) who give to Minagropolitiki the objections concerning registration of the traditional guaranteed feature which are drawn up according to the requirements established by Minagropolitiki.
