About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 23, 2023 No. 1961

1. Add the subitem "b" of Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 23, 2023 with No. 1961 "About introduction of temporary quantitative restriction on export of separate types of fertilizers" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 48, the Art. 8587) the paragraph of the following content:
"on the fertilizers classified by code of the CN FEA EEU 3102 10 100 0, taken out from the territory of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Cuba within the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Cuba on provision to the Government of the Republic of Cuba of the public export loan for financing of oil supply, oil products, wheat and fertilizers to the Republic of Cuba of February 5, 2024 by the organization determined according to the paragraph the fifth article 9 of the specified Agreement in the amount which is not exceeding 20 thousand tons.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
