About reorganization of the republican state state company "National Center of Testing" of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize the republican state state company "National Center of Testing" of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation in the procedure established by the legislation into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national center of testing" of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

2. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the company conducting testing in the field of initial, main average, general secondary, technical and professional, postsecondary, higher, postgraduate and additional education.

3. To the ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 2022 No. 580 "About some questions of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change:
