state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. These rules of preparation for peacekeeping transaction (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 8) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About peacekeeping activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and determine procedure for preparation for peacekeeping transaction.";

state Item 16 in the following edition:

"16. Material logistics of the national contingent is performed within article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About peacekeeping activities of the Republic of Kazakhstan".";

in Item 17:

2) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"2) in authorized body in the field of communication which renders assistance in providing the national contingent with available types of communication;";

add with the subitem 3) of the following content:

"3) in authorized body in the field of transport which renders assistance in ensuring transportation of the national contingent and loads in zone (area) of carrying out peacekeeping transaction and back.";

appendix to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this resolution.
