About questions of reorganization of non-commercial joint-stock company "Medical University of Karaganda"
According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Reorganize non-commercial joint-stock company "Medical University of Karaganda" (further - society) by separation into non-commercial joint-stock company "Karaganda Medical University" (further - the NAO "KMU") and non-commercial joint-stock company "National Center of Occupational Health and Occupational Diseases" (further - the NAO "NTsGTPZ") with absolute participation of the state in their authorized capital.
2. Determine the main objects of activity of the NAO "KMU" the higher education, activities of hospitals of wide profile and specialized hospitals, production of pharmaceutical medicines, researches and developments in the field of anti-infectious medicines, other researches and developments in the field of natural and technical science.
3. Determine the main objects of activity of the NAO "NTsGTPZ" activities of hospitals of wide profile and specialized hospitals, researches and developments in the field of anti-infectious medicines, the higher education, other researches and developments in the field of natural and technical science, activities of the other organizations performing technical testing and analyses, other activities in the field of health care, the other activities in the field of education which are not included in other groups.
4. To provide to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) forming of the authorized capital of the NAO of "KMU" and the NAO "NTsGTPZ" at the expense of the size of equity of the reorganized society;
