According to Articles 1, of 4, of 53, 54 Laws of Ukraine "About law-making activities", Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, ORDER:

1. Approve the document forms, subordinate regulatory legal acts created by results of conducting legal (legal) examination enclosed:

Conclusion about state registration of the regulatory legal act;

The conclusion about refusal in state registration of the regulatory legal act;

The conclusion about recognition of the act not being subject to state registration.

2. The conclusion about state registration of the regulatory legal act is not created if the chief developer of the regulatory legal act is the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, developers - the central executive bodies which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Justice of Ukraine. The conclusion by results of the project appraisals of the regulatory legal act which are carried out by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of the corresponding types are stated in the explanatory note to the draft of such regulatory legal act.
