Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", the paragraph of third of part one and the paragraph of third of part two of Item 6 of the Instruction on procedure for making of transactions and calculations with measuring ingots from precious metals and gemstones (diamonds) made in the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2022 the No. 482/16, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish the prices of the precious metals in products and scrap which are bought up at physical persons (except purchase and sale of precious metals by the banking and non-bank credit and financial organizations in the form of measuring ingots and coins at physical persons), according to appendix and the allowance applied by the republican unitary enterprise for rendering the services "Belskupdragmet" when implementing settlings with physical persons upon purchase of measuring ingots from the precious metals made in the Republic of Belarus (further – measuring ingots) *, with the certificate on measuring ingot in the amount of 5 percent.
