About approval of Rules of compensation of the damage caused to physical persons and legal entities as a result of emergency situation of natural nature in the field of agricultural industry
According to subitem 508-122) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2005 No. 310, and Item 3-1 of Rules of indemnification (damage) caused to victims owing to the emergency situations of natural nature approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 19, 2014 No. 1358, I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of compensation of the damage caused to physical persons and legal entities as a result of emergency situation of natural nature in the field of agricultural industry (further - Rules).
2. To provide to departments of agriculture and livestock production of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Ministers of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
Determine that part one of Item 7 of Rules since January 1, 2025 is effective in the following edition:
"7. Order taking is performed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of emergence of emergency situation of natural nature.".
