About approval of the Procedure of the official translation of bilateral international treaties of Ukraine with international financial institutions into Ukrainian
According to part two of article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About international treaties of Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure of the official translation of bilateral international treaties of Ukraine with international financial institutions into Ukrainian which is applied.
2. To provide to the ministries and other central executive bodies reduction in the three-months time of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of implementation of the official translation of bilateral international treaties of Ukraine with international financial institutions into Ukrainian.
2. In this Procedure under the term "the official translation of bilateral international treaties of Ukraine with international financial institutions into Ukrainian" (further – the official translation) the adequate and equivalent written representation in Ukrainian of the text of the bilateral international treaty between Ukraine and international financial institution constituted in the language other than Ukrainian is understood.
3. The MFA performs according to the Law of Ukraine "About international treaties of Ukraine" the official translation.
