2) of March 6, 2024 No. 121/Tax Code "About approval of the list of the types of activity which are technologically connected with production of services in safety of storage of the state electronic information resources placed on information and communication infrastructure of "the electronic government".

3. To provide to corporate management department of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) the direction of the copy of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" within five working days from the date of signing of the order for inclusion in reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
