The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of digital transformation and the Ministry of Justice concerning implementation of the pilot project on carrying out state registration of scrap electronically means of the Single state web portal of electronic services, in particular with use of mobile application of the Single state web portal of electronic services (Action) (further - the pilot project), within two years from the date of, the publication by the Ministry of Justice following behind day in the Official Bulletin of Ukraine of the message on providing the subitem 1 of Item 7 of this resolution of electronic information exchange provided in the paragraph the second between the state electronic information resources necessary for implementation of the pilot project.

2. Approve the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on carrying out state registration of scrap in the enclosed electronic form.

3. Item 6 of the Regulations on the Single state web portal of electronic services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 4, 2019 No. 1137 "Question of the single web portal of electronic services and the Register of administrative services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 3, Art. 136; 2022, No. 69, Art. 4171; 2023, No. 15, the Art. 936) to add with subitem 27-3 of the following content:
