1. Approve the Procedure for filling of settlement documents in case of payment (collection) of payments in the budget or return of payments from the budget (further - the Procedure) which is attached.

2. (Serdyuk N. P.) to give to the chief of Head department of accounting and the state registers of taxpayers the specified Procedure to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. Declare invalid the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of 02.07.98 N317 "About Approval of the Procedure for Information Transfer from Organizations of Banks to Bodies of the State Tax Service Electronic Means" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 02.09.98 for N546/2986.

4. In the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol it is permanent to State Tax Administrations to bring to permission of clients of banks - taxpayers the list of codes of payment types and information on procedure for filling of the field "Purpose of payment" of the payment order.
