According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State Tax Service in Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of operational accounting of taxes and fees which arrive in budgets and the state trust funds, control of which collection is exercised by bodies of the State Tax Service according to the existing normative legal acts of Ukraine, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for filling of documents for transfer in case of payment (collection) of payments in the budget, implementation of budget compensation of the value added tax, return of means, mistakenly or excessively enlisted in the budget which is attached.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.), to Department of forecasting, analysis, accounting and reporting of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine (Sanzharevskaya I. S.) provide:

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. Recognize invalid orders of State Tax Administration of Ukraine according to appendix.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Myarkovsky A. I. and Chairman of GNS of Ukraine Klimenko O. V.
