2. Determine that the conclusions about confirmation of production of industrial output issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation before the date of entry into force of this resolution in the territory of the Russian Federation concerning products included in Sections II, III, V, VII, XI and XVII of appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 in No. 719 "About confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation" are valid before the termination of fixed term of their action.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for subitems "an" - "in" and "д" - "and" Item 2 and Item 7 (regarding amendment by notes with 39 on 51) the changes approved by this resolution which become effective in 3 months from the date of official publication of this resolution.
