About change of resolutions of National academy of Sciences of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of National academy of Sciences of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of National academy of Sciences of Belarus of December 21, 2021 No. 4 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures":

in word preamble "the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" shall be replaced with words "parts one of Item 5 of Article 3, of the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures";

in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 3.14.4 "Receipt of the conclusion about approval of the project documentation on accomplishment of earth, construction, meliorative and other works, implementation of other activities in the territory of archaeological objects, except for archeology monuments", approved by this resolution:

in subitem 1.2 of Item 1:

to exclude from the paragraph of the third word "of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z";
