About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "About bases of ministerial procedures" the National academy of Sciences of Belarus DECIDES: No. 433-Z

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 3.14.4 "Receipt of the conclusion about approval of the project documentation on accomplishment of earth, construction, meliorative and other works, implementation of other activities in the territory of archaeological objects, except for archeology monuments" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 3.15.3 "Receipt of the conclusion about availability (absence) in the territory of carrying out earth and construction works of archaeological objects or need of taking measures to their protection (in the presence)" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 11.9.1 "Receipt of permission to the right of carrying out archaeological researches" (are attached).
