About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 21, 2022 No. 731
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the requirements for ensuring transport safety considering the safety levels for vehicles of air transport approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 21, 2022 No. 731 "About approval of the requirements for ensuring transport safety considering safety levels for vehicles of air transport and recognition No. 1604 which voided orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 5, 2020" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 17, Art. 2933; 2023, No. 22, Art. 3940).
2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2025.

1. In item 4:
a) state the subitem "b" in the following edition:
"b) approve the passport of ensuring transport safety of the vehicle of air transport (further - the passport of the vehicle) developed according to provisions of article 9 of the Law in standard form of the passport of ensuring transport safety of the vehicle (group of vehicles) of the air transport used for accomplishment of aviation works according to appendix No. 1, and (or) in standard form of the passport of ensuring transport safety of the vehicle (group of vehicles) of the aircraft of aircraft of general purpose according to appendix No. 2. The passport of the vehicle can be developed for the same vehicles operated by one subject of transport infrastructure at which structural, technical and technological elements are identical on group of vehicles;";
b) add with the subitem "(1)" the following content:
