1. Approve the enclosed requirements for ensuring transport safety considering safety levels for vehicles of air transport.
2. Provisions of the subitem "d" of Item 5 and the subitem "b" of Item 11 of the requirements approved by this resolution are subject to application:
concerning the aircrafts included in the air operator certificate of the subject of transport infrastructure after September 1, 2025 - since September 1, 2025;
concerning the aircrafts which are not specified in the paragraph the second this Item - since September 1, 2027.
3. Approved as subjects of transport infrastructure according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 5, 2020 No. 1604 "About approval of the requirements for ensuring transport safety considering safety levels for vehicles of air transport" passports of ensuring transport safety of the vehicle of air transport within one month from the date of entry into force of this resolution are subject to cancellation along with approval of the specified passport according to provisions of the requirements for ensuring transport safety considering safety levels for the vehicles of air transport approved by this resolution, and the direction of this passport within 7 days after its approval in Federal Air Transport Agency.
