1. Approve the enclosed requirements for ensuring transport safety considering safety levels for vehicles of air transport.
2. Provisions of the subitem of 1 Item 6, of the subitem of 1 Item 7, of the subitem 2 of Item 8 of the requirements approved by this resolution are subject to application:
concerning the aircrafts included in the air operator certificate of the subject of transport infrastructure after January 1, 2023 - since January 1, 2023;
concerning the aircrafts which are not specified in the paragraph the second this Item - since January 1, 2025.
3. Report on the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation in the Government of the Russian Federation till October 15, 2021 on analysis results of practice of application of this resolution.
4. This resolution is effective 6 years from the date of its entry into force.
