About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2008 No. 209
Based on paragraph two of part one of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 23, 2008 No. 356-Z "About labor protection" and subitem 7.1.3 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for providing workers with individual protection equipment approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2008 No. 209, the following changes:
in Item 1 the word of "workers" shall be replaced with words "the physical persons working according to employment contracts (further - workers)";
in Item 2:
