About approval of Rules of rendering services of data transmission

For the purpose of enhancement of the legislation in the field of communication, the settlements connected with data transmission provision of services according to article 4 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electric communication", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Rules of rendering services of data transmission according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

1) provisions of this resolution extend to the legal relationship which arose after its introduction in action;

2) the information about subscribers of data transmission containing in databases of the operator of data transmission the paid agreements signed between the operator of data transmission and subscribers of data transmission about day of entry into force of this resolution keep the legal force and do not require reduction in compliance with its provisions;

3) the operators of data transmission specified in Rules of rendering services of data transmission annually till 2028 shall increase data storage amount according to requirements, the stipulated in Item 8 above rules.

3. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
