About some questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Reorganize:
1) republican public institutions - territorial authorities of Committee of treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
2) republican public institutions - territorial authorities of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
2. Determine that financing of the republican public institutions specified in Item 1 of this resolution is performed for the account and within the means provided by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the republican budget.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2008 No. 387 "About some questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in the list of the territorial authorities which are under authority of the Ministry and territorial subdivisions of its departments:
in the list of republican public institutions - territorial authorities of Committee of treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
add with Item 53-1 of the following content:
"53-1. Management of treasury on the city of Ala Tau of Department of treasury across Almaty region of Committee of treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
add with Items 80-1 and 80-2 of the following content:
"80-1. Management of treasury on the area Ulken Naryn Departamenta of treasury across the East Kazakhstan region of Committee of treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
