About modification of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 2022 No. 1127

Bring in the subitem 1 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 2022 No. 1127 "Some questions of implementation of actions for assistance to protection of intellectual property rights and registration in the customs register of objects of intellectual property right which are protected according to the law" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 82, the Art. 5017) the following changes:
after paragraph two to add the subitem with the new paragraph of the following content:
"citizens of the Republic of Belarus, legal entities who are formed and registered according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and/or the final beneficial owner of which citizens of the Republic of Belarus or other legal entities who are formed and registered according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus are;".
With respect thereto third to consider the paragraph the paragraph the fourth;
in paragraph four of the word "in the paragraph the second this subitem" shall be replaced with words "in paragraphs second and third this subitem".
