About change of resolutions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus
Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of January 31, 2022 No. 11 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures in the field of counteraction of monopolistic activities and development of the competition":
in word preamble "the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" shall be replaced with words "the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures";
in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 2.3.1 "Receipt of the document on the draft agreement compliance to requirements of the antitrust law" approved by this resolution:
in subitem 1.2 of Item 1:
to exclude from paragraph two of the word "of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z";
to exclude from the paragraph of the third word "of December 12, 2013 No. 94-Z";
the fourth to exclude the paragraph;
