Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of February 6, 2017 No. 92 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of checks of activities of the ministries and other central executive bodies, local public administrations and local government bodies concerning fulfillment of requirements of the laws and other regulatory legal acts concerning technogenic and fire safety, civil protection", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 1, 2017 at No. 276/30144.

2. To management of interaction with Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Koreva Yu.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
