Approve the Instruction on the organization of checks of activities of the ministries and other central executive bodies, local public administrations and local government bodies on fulfillment of requirements of the laws and other regulatory legal acts concerning technogenic and fire safety, civil protection (further - the Instruction) which is applied.
2. Department on forming of policy concerning government authorities and monitoring bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs being under control of the Minister (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
