About modification of some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
