About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 22, 2013 No. 1005 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 20, 2013 No. 24-Z "About breeding case in livestock production":

to state Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for issue of the breeding certificate approved by this resolution in the following edition:

"5. For receipt of the breeding certificate by the subject of breeding livestock production the application is submitted:

in writing in the Belarusian national association on breeding livestock production of Belplemzhivobjedineniye - in case of realization of breeding products (material) out of limits of the Republic of Belarus;

in written or electronic form in the selection and genetic centers of areas specified in subitem 7.13.3 of Item 7.13 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548, in the location of breeding products (material) - in case of realization of breeding products (material) within the Republic of Belarus.";
