About modification of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 15, 2002 No. 247 and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Bring in the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 15, 2002 No. 247 "About approval of the Concept of legalization of the software and fight against its illegal use" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 20, Art. 989; 2018, No. 1, the Art. 14) the enclosed changes.
2. Determine that:
the register of producers and distributors of the software stops from the date of entry into force of this resolution;
the solution on introduction of data and the certificate on entering of data into the register of producers and distributors of the software lose force from the date of the termination of the specified register.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list according to appendix.
4. To the Ministry of Economics:
provide storage of register data, register information of the register of producers and distributors of the software after the termination of the register and documents, in particular electronic documents in which they contain, according to requirements of the legislation in the field of archiving and clerical work;
inform the public and owners on the termination of the register of producers and distributors of the software, and also on loss owing to relevant decisions about entering of data and certificates on introduction of data into the specified register within 30 days from the effective date of this resolution by placement of information on the official website.
