1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of approval of decisions concerning alienation or transfer to lease (employment) of property of private joint-stock company "Ukrgidroenergo" (further - society) on the competitive beginnings.
2. Alienation or transfer to lease (employment) of property of society is performed on the competitive beginnings by holding electronic auctions according to the Procedure for alienation and transfer to lease (employment) of property of the state joint-stock companies which 100 percent of shares in the authorized capital are in state-owned property, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 22, 2023 No. 1032 "Some questions of alienation and transfer to lease (employment) of property of the state joint-stock companies which 100 percent of shares in the authorized capital are in state-owned property" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 95, of the Art. 5638).
