1. Approve enclosed:

List of war and policy risks;

Conditions and procedure for insurance (reinsurance) for war and policy risks when implementing types of activity of Export credit agency.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

List of war and policy risks

1. Such insurance risks which can arise in the territory of Ukraine belong to war risks:

1) the military conflict, including war or armed conflict, the armed aggression, fighting, mass riots;

2) violent change or overthrow of the constitutional system or capture of the government;

3) the acts of terrorism and/or diversions including caused by the events provided in subitems 1 or 2 of this Item;

4) occupation, annexation.

2. Such insurance risks which can arise in the territory of Ukraine belong to policy risks:

1) the compulsory acquisition performed by public authorities of Ukraine property/withdrawal of property of the subject of managing (deprivation of the property right to property);
