About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 4, 2021 No. 322
According to parts one and the fourteenth article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction", the Law of Ukraine "About information security in information and communication systems" of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, of Regulations on public service of the financial monitoring of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 29, 2015 No. 537, and for the purpose of high-quality implementation of the automated systems and the corresponding software for forming of messages concerning financial monitoring I ORDER:
1. Bring in the Procedure for creation of the Personal account of the subject of primary financial monitoring and access to e-office of system of the financial monitoring approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 4, 2021 No. 322, No. 1035/36657, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 06, 2021 the following changes:
in paragraph five of item 4 of the Section I of the word "others information and telecommunication" shall be replaced with words "information and communication";
the fourth item 4 of the Section II to state the paragraph in the following edition:
possibilities of preserving the submitted and accepted messages in the automated system of the subject (in XML and/or PDF format);
in the text of this Procedure for the word "information and telecommunication system" in all cases shall be replaced with words "information system" in the corresponding cases;
in headings of appendices to this Procedure for the word "information and telecommunication system" shall be replaced with words "information system";
in the note "*" shall be replaced with words appendices 2 to this Procedure for the word "information and telecommunication system" "information system".
2. Approve Changes in the Procedure for information exchange of subjects of primary financial monitoring and Public service of the financial monitoring of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 04, 2021 No. 322, No. 1036/36658, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 06, 2021 which are applied.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of ensuring coordination and monitoring work of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective on the first Monday of the fourth month after the termination or cancellation of warlike situation, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Ulyutin D. V. and the deputy Chairmen of Public service of financial monitoring Zubriya V.P.
