About reorganization of the Agency on protection of deposits of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About reorganization of the Agency on protection of deposits of the Kyrgyz Republic with investment with functions of liquidation of banks and other financial credit institutions and considerations of addresses of problem borrowers" of August 10, 2022 No. 281, of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of bank deposits (deposits)", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Reorganize Agency on protection of deposits of the Kyrgyz Republic by accession to it of the Agency on liquidation of banks in the procedure established by the legislation.

2. Approve Regulations on the Agency on protection of deposits of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

3. Determine that the Agency on protection of deposits of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of the Agency on liquidation of banks.

4. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the Agency on protection of deposits of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 21, 2011 No. 567;

2) Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 3, 2015 No. 826;

3) item 4 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of protection of deposits" of July 21, 2017 No. 441;
