1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2022 No. 63 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:

"Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
1.2. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 3.13.3 "Receipt of the conclusion about the approval of the specification on system design of protection, the main technical solutions on system of protection" approved by this resolution:
in subitem 1.2 of Item 1:
to exclude from the paragraph of the third word "of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z";
the fourth to exclude the paragraph;
in Item 2 part one:
