About National institute of strategic initiatives in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of enhancement and increase in level of ensuring effective expert and analytical support of activities of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic - the Head of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by Articles 66, 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:

1. Reorganize National institute of strategic researches in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Institute of researches of economic policy of the Kyrgyz Republic by merge and to form on their base National institute of strategic initiatives in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - National institute).

2. Approve:

1) the charter of National institute according to appendix 1;

Limiting 2) the number of staff of National institute according to appendix 2;

3) the minimum base rate in the amount of 7040 som which is the basis for calculation of official pay rates of the director, his deputies and the main personnel of National institute.

3. Establish allowance payment on improvement in case of exit in labor leave to the main personnel of National institute in the amount of two-month salary fund.

4. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:

To approve 1):

- the transfer act of the reorganized legal entities;

- the frequency rate coefficients to official pay rates applied in case of determination of the sizes of official pay rates of the director, his deputies and the staff of National institute;
