About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine

1. Bring the enclosed changes in some orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
2. Determine that for warlike situation in the territory of Ukraine and within six months from the date of its termination or cancellation of healthcare institution and in particular legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs who are registered and obtained in the procedure established by the law the license for implementation of economic activity on medical practice, legal entities and physical persons - the entrepreneurs who obtained the license for production (production) of medicines in the conditions of drugstore, wholesale trade by medicines, retail trade by medicines for implementation of electronic interaction, electronic identification and authentication can use the digital signatures or seals based on certificates of open key, issued by skilled suppliers of electronic confidential services without data that the personal key is stored in means of the qualified digital signature or seal users of electronic confidential services.
