1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on Fonda of development and material security of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 24, 2021 No. 343 the following changes:

in Regulations on the Fund of development and material security of the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. Fund is used on:

1) payment of research works on creation of standards, techniques, managements, strategic documents, etc.;

4) rendering one-time financial support for medical and other purposes, accomplishment of other obligations according to the collective agreement signed between employers and representative bodies of employees of the Ministry;

5) development and strengthening of material and social base of the Ministry, acquisition and servicing of office motor transport, acquisition, construction and content of the infrastructure intended for activities of the Ministry, issue of returnable means for acquisition of housing, payment of lease of service premises;
